We Didn’t Just Set The Standard.
We Invented It.

We’re in the risk management business. With our expertise, our clients significantly increase reliability and service life of their fire sprinkler systems. Whether it’s a risk to lives, structures, properties, or operational uptime, we keep clients and their assets safe. Corrosion is our enemy and safety is our goal.

To accomplish that goal, we’ve come to understand why and how corrosion happens. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution because a truly cost-effective combination of devices, systems, and management approaches depends on your individual needs. And we never stop finding new and better ways to serve those needs. Being the first hasn’t made us the best—working the hardest to provide an unmatched level of service for the longest has.

Fighting Corrosion with Science

Corrosion Risk Assessment

For sprinkler piping that is experiencing leaks or where total piping replacement is being considered, ECS utilizes a combination of videoscoping and pipe sample analysis to collect evidence of corrosion activity inside a fire sprinkler system. Inspecting the system piping with this method enables us to completely assess the condition of your system and develop a comprehensive action plan for how to address and prevent further damage in the future, ultimately reducing the time and money needed to fix the problem.

Pipe Sample Analysis

ECS provides evaluation and analysis of corroded fire sprinkler piping to investigate both the cause of the metal loss and remaining service life data. Results consist of a comprehensive report providing the cause of corrosion and/or failures, severity of existing damage, and customized remediation and prevention recommendations.

Monitoring Systems

Our award-winning fire sprinkler monitoring system products are the first true monitoring devices designed for the fire sprinkler industry that effectively address NFPA 13 corrosion monitoring requirements. Whether you are monitoring wet or day systems, metal loss or gas composition, ECS has the solution for you.

FEATURED PRODUCT AdvancedIQ Vent Controller (AVC-2)

All the great features of the AVC-6, but for the smaller applications you need.

The AVC-2 automates the nitrogen inerting process for one or two fire sprinkler systems, halting venting when the desired nitrogen purity is achieved. It records system pressure and purity data internally, requiring no extensive wiring or tubing installation, as it mounts conveniently in the riser room like other ECS equipment.
